There
are many different responses to crisis. Some people have difficulty
recovering especially those who have had previous traumatic
experiences, who are faced with ongoing stress, or who lack
support from friends and family and will need additional
help.
As a counselor
who specializes in cognitive therapy and recovery from addictions,
trauma, depression, and anxiety, I want to help you in these
areas!
Although
I have a fair number of existing clients, I do have some openings
in my counseling schedule.
I provide
counseling in the Chicago area, as well as phone counseling
if you are outside Illinois.
